gavin stedman-bryce

Gavin is Pamoja's founding director and lead consultant. A monitoring and evaluation professional with over 20 years of extensive experience acquired through various positions and consultancies within the public, academic, community and voluntary sectors, in the UK and internationally. He specialises in theory-based approaches with a particular emphasis on Process Tracing, and more recently, Contribution Tracing; an approach he co-developed. Gavin works mainly in the arenas of: public health; good (inclusive) governance; citizen empowerment and advocacy; and policy evaluation. He focuses on learning from and improving work at the knowledge-policy interface. Educated in microbiology and with post-graduate qualifications in global development management, health promotion and public health, Gavin is committed to working in partnership with organisations, people and communities to inspire change and improve lives.

bernardo monzani

Bernardo is an Associate Consultant. He has over 10 years’ experience working in the international development sector, where he specialises on issues of governance and peace building. Bernardo has worked for various international NGOs at headquarters and in field offices, as well as UN peacekeeping missions in Liberia and Haiti. His areas of expertise include qualitative and quantitative research, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and programme design and development. 


Alix Wadeson

Alix is an international not for profit professional with 8 years’ experience working in both long-term and emergency programming. She brings a track record of success in diverse roles across programmes in the Middle East, Africa and Asia; as well as experience of working within the CARE confederation. Alix will support in the production of all project deliverables.
