Pamoja’s support is helping the Money Advice and Community Support Service to draft a new strategic plan and logical framework.

Background

Money Advice and Community Support Service (MACS) is a registered charity governed by a board of volunteer Trustees. Their charitable objectives are to provide advice counsel and assistance according to the needs of people in Sussex who are having difficulty managing their financial affairs due to illness, poverty or old age.  They provide confidential and impartial advice and carry out casework for referred clients on debt and benefit issues.

We are supporting MACS during a period of strategic review through facilitation of a strategic planning process with their workforce and by providing on-going consultancy to draft their new strategic plan and logical framework.
